Melts perfectly!

I have been looking for cheese that can melt easily and not only does Formaggio 3 is a delight if you want that but its slices go very well with a nice red wine as well!

Great - just as it is!

I'm sure it does taste delicious in a sandwich. But it is just great as it is. I was told it's a bit like Gruyère. It's so much more delicious! A real pleasure!
