Best Hard Cheese!

I’ve used this cheese for my cheeseboards and pastas - a hit for both. This one is almost always in my fridge given how versatile this one is!

Scrambled Eggs Will never be the same

This semi hard cheese is good to eat on its own or shaved over eggs or pasta. Like all the others it can be very addictive. The texture is not too hard and it just melts in the mouth and leaves an amazing and nostalgic aftertaste.
