Our Fromage º5 is quite like the French Camembert. Each blocks weighs over 250g and is made with pasteurized Cow’s Milk in a way to preserve the Indian terroir. This is a famous soft cheese that should be consumed after bringing it to room temperature. Perfect for bakes and platters, it pairs well with a glass of red. The cheese is 100% vegetarian. Go ahead and slice up the chunk and spread some goodness of the Kumaoni Blessings bounty.

All cheeses are made with vegetable rennet, milk and have no other additives

Superstar!

Since I’ve had this Cheese, the world of Cheese in India has changed for me. Nothing else made in India comes close to this gorgeous block. This one is a game changer!

If Camembert married Brie this would be the perfect little baby :):)
It's rich, creamy and earthy. I recommend buying two because you'll dream about it when its over!
