This very soft and creamy 250+ g block is surprisingly really mild in flavour - in fact somewhat close to a Brie. Since we package this cheese after a month of maturing, the blocks arrive quite delicate and tender. When cut open at room temperature, the cheese exhibits that characteristic oozing lava-like cheese mass visual - something hard to resist. Among the country’s top cheesemakers
Exceptional

Kumaoni make some of the finest cheeses in the country and I, for one, find them highly underrated. You can taste the quality and skill in every bite. This Brie-style is a favourite when hosting but so are any of their other cheeses. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

My favourite kind of cheese!

This is by far the best Brie I have had in India. You wouldn’t believe it was made right her! It’s soft, rich and creamy and a heavenly treat for all french cheese lovers!
