Among the country’s top cheesemakers
Always a hit on a cheeseboard

The Bratzelis are a guest favourite — anytime I add them to a cheeseboard or snack setup, friends ask about them. Elevating the “cracker” is hard because you don’t really want something that takes away from or overwhelms the flavours of cheese. This is subtle, crisp, thin, delicious.

Best. Snack. Ever.

The Brätzelis are so, so good! They work very well as standalone snacks, and as replacement for crackers! They easily fit into my diet plan and really help subside cravings for crisps. Almost always a part of my cart here, highly recommended.

I bought the crackers, the truffle spread and the apricot preserve at the Gurgaon Sunday market. Absolutely loved all the products, especially the Brätzelis. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
